5. Referral Payments
Referral fees are paid within 3 working days upon commissions being paid by the law firm.
You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. Referral fees are paid by BACS direct to the bank account you specify within the accounts section of the Website.
In no way shall we be liable for any referral fees if the legal firm fails to pay Movin Legal Ltd.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or block your access to the Website and the services within it without notice where:
we have reasonable cause to believe you, or someone using your username and password, have breached these Terms;
you bring us or any of our partners or suppliers into disrepute by making any derogatory, demeaning, malicious, defamatory, abusive or offensive statements about us or any of our partners or suppliers;
you commit any criminal offence that in our opinion may have an adverse effect on our reputation or that of any of our partners or suppliers
All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in this agreement shall survive termination of this agreement for any reason.

We promote a number of law firms on the website and offer you the opportunity to compare, research and instruct these law firms on behalf of your clients through the website. We can accept no liability for any services provided by the law firms.

An individual, estate agent, conveyancer/lawyer, financial advisor and financial institutions local authorities, RSL or third sector service providers, and other private companies cannot accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of the information or the suitability of any of the services described on the site for a particular purpose. Our clients and partners reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
These terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
